This Van Bellen Vocal mix runs for more than ten minutes and gives the voice room to drift through a deep, atmospheric groove. You can file it under house or progressive, but the label matters a lot less than hearing the thing unfold without interruptions. It's also one of those tracks where the exact mix name is essential: the Vocal and Main treatments aren't interchangeable, and later digital catalogue dates don't necessarily tell you when people first heard the record in clubs.

The version matters
The Van Bellen Vocal version of State of Grace runs for more than ten minutes. That length isn't filler: the vocal and repeating musical ideas can hang in the air without the whole thing needing to rush towards a radio-friendly refrain. It sits on the more atmospheric, deep end of what DJs could fold into a progressive set.
Kirsty Hawkshaw's vocal credit is part of the reason this one stands out. It's tempting to file anything with that voice under trance, but this version's pacing has more in common with long-form progressive house listening. It's worth hearing straight through rather than skipping to the vocal passage.
Follow the record, not a label
Later digital catalogue pages list Swayzak's track and Van Bellen's remix under 240 Volts, sometimes with a release date that reflects a reissue rather than the era listeners associate with the recording. A track's upload date, catalogue date and original club life aren't automatically the same thing.
That's why TMA keeps the exact mix name in the title. If you've heard another version, compare it with the Vocal mix: it shows how much identity a remix can give to a track without turning it into a completely different song.
