Global Underground 016: Cape Town (CD2)
- Progressive House
- Progressive Trance
Skip the obvious Seaman picks and go here instead. Cape Town CD2 is his darker 2000 side, with Quivver, Planisphere, Luzon's Bedrock remix, Way Out West and James Holden, built without a single cheap peak. Seaman's second Cape Town disc shows the more shadowy end of his 2000 selection, with Quivver, Planisphere, Way Out West and Holden among the reference points. It's not a greatest-hits route through Global Underground, and that's the appeal. Hear it alongside Buenos Aires CD2 to get a feel for how he held a mood together as progressive house edged into darker territory.
